Chances of this happening are slim. But if it does, we have a zero tolerance policy with respect to our shops. Our goal is to connect you with the best shops out there so if there are any shops that aren’t delivering the highest quality overhaul or repair, we don’t want them in our network. That said, we can get involved with any dispute between you and the repair shop and work resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
